Horseradish Sauce for Prime Rib

- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet and spicy mustard *We like Woeber's Sandwich Pal Sweet & Spicy Mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Add all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon horseradish sauce in to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
- It's recommended to prepare the horseradish sauce at least a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop. You can also make it a day or two in advance and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to serve.
- Horseradish sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Give the sauce a good stir before serving to make sure that all of the ingredients are incorporated and the sauce is a good consistency.
